VIRTUAL IG POETRY CONTEST Saturday July 23rd

15 POETS $30 per poet entry fee (cash app/ paypal accepted!)

GUARANTEED Exposure to 100k people through social media

 (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube)

1st Place= $300

2nd Place= $150

3rd Place= $50

All performances will be uploaded to @aaronRthepoet and will be on youtube.com/aaronRthepoet

Contestants can do ANY Poem(s) of their choosing

Time Limit will be 4 minutes

This contest will have official judges!!!

Poets will be judged on the following:

-Crowd/audience engagement- how many people supported your performance (make sure you tell your friends/family!!)

-Originality/Creativity- your original work, how creative your poem is, how original it is based on your topic

-Difficulty- how hard was it to piece this poem together, how difficult it was to come up with rhyme pattern/poetic schemes

-Performance- how you engage with the “audience” / your “stage” presence

-Articulation- how easy it is to hear your words and follow your poem
